Forgotten Christmas pictures...

Somehow I missed these pictures when I blogged about our 25 days of Christmas activities.  Here are three more of our Christmas activities that we did this Christmas...

We decorated Carter's window with the nativity scene.  Poor Carter was SO sick!  He had the flu that pretty much lasted eight days with three of those days including a lot of throwing up!  All three of these activities were right in the middle of his sickness.  So we picked some of the activities that meant we could stay at home and were not very time consuming.

He really did not feel well but he was a trooper and loved doing it.  He put everything up himself and then decorated the nativity scene with snowflakes.

Poor Madelynn was trying to take her nap during this time and wanted so badly to be a part of our activity.  So she had been screaming for a little while until we finally let her get up and join us.

Another one of our activities was watching a Christmas movie.  This was supposed to include snacks and hot cocoa but he was way too sick for that.  So we rented Arthur Christmas.  Cute movie.

The last activity we did while he still felt terrible was making Christmas cards for our mailman and bank lady.  I didn't give them to them for a few days so I am sure the germs died by then! ;)  The day we put his card in the mailbox he watched for the mailman all day and then got to watch from the window as he pulled the card out of the box and looked at it with a huge smile.  It was great!  He also got to come with me to give the card to our bank lady who we just love.  She works at the window and knows us all by name.  Carter loves her because she always gives him two stickers.  She is super sweet!
