My guy is a rock star! He had his very first dentist appointment and completely rocked it! He loved it and did every single thing he was asked to do. I guess it pays to wait until he was three. And on top of doing so well...
No cavities!! Woohoo!

ReplyDeleteI believe it’s not just about waiting for the right age, but preparing him as early as possible. There are lots of ways to help kids overcome their fear of the dentist, and one is how their parents would motivate them. Anyway, I hope you help him maintain a set of healthy teeth. :)

I agree with Jairo. You really should share your tips on how to prepare your kids before their first dental checkup. It’s really hard to predict a kid’s attitude towards first dental appointments, so it’s better to make sure that they can trust their dentist. Months have passed now. How are you now? :)
